We want your 'FloraGUPPY Experience' to be Awesome... including the return and exchange process !

 

A. Returning your GUPPYS

Our Returns policy is 90 days from date of purchase.   Only purchases from our website store are eligible for return with FloraGUPPY INC. Our return policy does not apply to purchases made on amazon.com or any secondary 'vendors'. You will be required to comply with the 'vendors' return policies. 

To be eligible for a return of your GUPPYS with FloraGUPPY INC., they should be in used and unsalable condition. No packaging or tags are required. As part of the FloraGUPPY EXPERIENCE, we want you to make an unhurried effort in using our GUPPYS before returning them. We know there is a 'learning curve' to flower designing with a new tool and we all learn at our own pace. The generous 90 day return policy is for you to leisurely discover your arranging skills without the time pressure to decide on keeping or returning them.  

Get your family involved- especially children. Use this as a 'back-to-basic 'nature' crafting activity ( non-high tech ! ) watch them light up with a sense of creative accomplishment. ( we suggest having them 'forage' the yard for garden greenery filler and you provide just 2-3 blooms)  Since nothing is permanent using the GUPPY, arrangements can be unassembled and the flowers repositioned.  For children, any holiday like Christmas time- using pines and juniper branches to make a arrangements are especially- fun, festive and economical- also a unique and great gift for teachers, grandparents and caregivers. Two gifts in One... the arrangement and a GUPPY for personal use afterwards ! 


If you choose to do a return of GUPPYS, please follow these instructions :

1. Send an email message to Contact@floraguppy.com

2  In the subject line type "GUPPY refund request"

3. Put the Name and Address of 'purchaser' in the message section of the email

4. *SEND the email for the 'refund request' FROM the email address you purchased the GUPPYS from.
    This email address MUST match the email address the GUPPYS were originally purchased.  

We have all purchase details on record -a receipt is not required  You will receive a confirmation of your refund within 24 hours.  The refund will be credited back to you in the payment method of the original purchase. 

Lastly, we will email, a 'return address label' with postage paid so you can mail back the GUPPYS.  Attach the 'Return address label' to an envelope/box with the GUPPYS inside and drop off at any USPS location.  All returns of GUPPYS are FREE-there are no shipping or handling fees. 

 

Our GUPPYS are indestructible and infinitely reUsable.  We donate all returns and 'slight imperfects' (from our manufacturing process), to senior retirement care facilities for their flower arranging enjoyment. FloraGUPPY is committed to being a Eco 🌱Responsible Company and we participate in the well-being of our community.


B. Returning of NON-GUPPY items, please follow these instructions:

Return Policy for BirkenTotes, Tote Bags and other accessories- there is a 21 day return period (from online purchase date). Original packaging/tags required and must be in salable condition. 

Please follow these instructions- 

 1. Send an email message to Contact@floraguppy.com

 2. In the subject line type "Product refund request"

 3. Put the name and address of 'purchaser' in the message of the email
 
 4 *SEND the email for the refund request FROM the email address you purchased the Items from. The email address  MUST match the email the items were originally purchased. 


We have all purchase details on record -a receipt is not required.  You will receive a confirmation of your refund within 24 hours.  The refund will be credited back to you in the payment method of the original purchase.  There is a $5.00 RETURN SHIPPING fee for return of these NON-GUPPY items and will be deducted from the amount we credit you back.

 

Lastly, we will email, a 'return address label' with postage paid so you can mail back the Items/Goods.  Attach the 'Return address label' to an envelope/box with the return goods inside and drop off at any USPS location. 

 

C. EXCHANGES

For an EXCHANGE due to a defective feature PLEASE CONTACT 1-778-558-9915 (Vancouver, Canada) and speak with a customer service member. We will find the best solution for your exchange. 


D. WHOLESALE RETURN ORDERS of GUPPYS 

PLEASE CONTACT 1-778-558-9915 (Vancouver, Canada) and speak with a customer service member. 

There is a 21 day return policy (from online purchase date)  A 10% restocking fee may apply.  Return Shipping Costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Returns will be credited back to purchaser AFTER merchandise is received back to FloraGUPPY INC.
